The young lady answered all my inquiries professionally. The entire staff were very professional, attentive and personable. Since my payment was through PayPal and my size was not available for an exchange, I was given credit. "2021-1230: I have never bought anything from there. This time we went in there but they did not have sizes for toddlers and pre-teens. Their pricing seem overpriced and from style perspective not sure if I would buy anything for me."

"I ordered clothes online and wanted to return the items to the store. I went to the store and after waiting outside for 30 minutes I went to the register to return the merchandise. The girl at register asked me if I have the original form of payment. I did but when I used my card for the refund it didn’t work. She said the been having problems with returning refunds. She tried to call customer service to process the refund but they were closed. She told me to come back another time or send the merchandise myself. I called the store before my next return to make sure customer service is open but this time I was told I can’t return the merchandise to the store. She told me they to busy to do returns and to send it back to PacSun myself. I called the customer service line and was told that I can return to the store. I went to the store and same thing my card was not accepted to return the merchandise. They called customer service but they were not able to fix it. They asked me if I have another card which I didn’t bring for the return. Once again they asked me to send the items back myself. I left again got another credit card went back to the store and they were able to process the refund after me going there 3 times waiting in line to get into the store and the refund was processed to a card I did not use to make the purchase, even I was told I need the original form of payment. Never buying from PacSun again!!!!"

"The employees did not greet us and acted weird around us. They spent the whole time flirting. The only people that the male employee would greet were teen girls around his age. In fact, he would greet them several times. It was creepy and weird."

"I came to Pacsun wanting to return a pair of shorts, and also wanted to buy a shirt with the store credit. I handed the lady with long blonde hair, tatoos on her arm, and half her breasts showing from her skimpy tank top the shorts and told her I wanted to return them and buy the shirt with the store credit. She proceeded to do the transaction, while talking with the other workers and not really paying attention to what she was doing. Then she hands me a card with store credit on it and doesn't really say much, turns around and starts chatting with the other workers. She never gave me the shirt. She turns back around after a couple minutes and asked me, "is there something else I can help you with?" And I said "yes, I wanted to buy the shirt." And she ended up taking another 15 minutes just to do the transaction, and never took any money off and hardly apologized."
