"Been here a good 25 plus times. Everything is good, eventhough it's not the most expensive the wagyu skirt steak is my favorite. Thick cut bacon appetizer is a must try. Avoid golden one area for dinner when events are being held, gets pretty hectic. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Sacramento."

"I've eaten here a few times with coworkers. The food is amazing. We go at lunchtime when the place isn't crowded. The Golden 1 Center is only a few feet away, so I imagine this place is hopping on game and event nights. I highly recommend going around lunchtime. Our server Alexander goes out of his way to make sure our visit is all that it can be. He's well versed on the menu items, as well as the drinks at the bar. Only once has our meal not gone splendidly. On our last visit, one of my coworkers mentioned to Alexander that his steak was overcooked. That was corrected immediately, with the manager standing by, while the cook prepared the new meal. The manager then brought the new meal out personally, and apologized for any inconvenience. Needless to say, my coworker said that steak was probably the best that he had ever tasted. The prices might not be what I can afford on a regular basis, but the food - and the service - are worth it."

"My favorite restaurant in DoCo! This restaurant offers very comfortable seating, amazing service, and delicious food. My mom and I came here for lunch to catch up with each other, and they were so helpful in choosing what to eat. Our server had plenty of knowledge about the source of their ingredients, and offered great suggestions that fit our palate. The meats used in both of our sandwiches were very good, and the cuts were generous. We caught up for almost 3 hours, and they were very considerate not to disrupt our conversation. We will definitely be back for dinner. It does help that the cocktail was strong and we very much appreciated that."

"We had an absolutely perfect evening at Echo and Rig. Even though we were running late, we were greeted graciously and sat quickly. The manager greeted us as soon as we were sat, and then the waiter introduced himself and consistently provided incredible service throughout the evening. The menu offered a lot of great choices, so we tried several items that were all delicious. They even brought out a small portion of the bacon for us to try. The cocktails were incredible, and the food was perfect. It is one of the best dining experiences we've ever had, and we will definitely be back. I have to say the exceptional staff made our experience at Echo and Rig a truly memorable experience."
