"Went here to return a pair of pants that I tried on on once, and since I was in a rush I didn't go another size smaller. I put them on again to wear them one day, but realized they were way too big so I just put them back in the bag to return them. So after the pants sat there for 3-4 days, I finally had a few free hours to kill so I decided I'd go to the mall and exchange the pants for a smaller size. It seemed simple enough when I walked up to the counter and asked if I could exchange the pants. All the sudden, the girl working there started feeling the pants and asking me why they were wet. They were not even close to wet, maybe a little colder than room temperature because... hello, it's cloudy and 60 degrees outside. She kept asking me OVER and OVER again why the pants were wet and I kept shrugging and saying I had no idea how they could be wet. She asked me to feel them too. When I said they don't feel wet, she called her manager over, and another girl that worked there, and got them to agree with her that the pants we wet. So I had three idiots telling me I couldn't return the pants because they were wet.... that's the last $50 I spend at this stupid store, I'll be giving the pants to a friend with bigger hips and shopping elsewhere next time --- somewhere that doesn't stink like a 13 year old going on her first date."
