"I ordered over the phone and they ended up giving me the wrong meal upon pickup. I only realized after getting home. So I’ll advise you always check your food before leaving. They insisted I return the meal, hopefully they didn’t serve it to someone else. The attendant was aggressive and hostile over the phone after getting my food wrong. With this bad experience I’m never going back here. This was just my second time getting food here. Treat your customer with some dignity and respect."

"Just got lunch from here! The restaurant is extremely clean! Staff is nice! I ordered island fire chicken and it was BOMB! My roommate and his sister ordered the Teriyaki chicken and BBQ Chicken! They were extremely satisfied! Overall it was 10 out 10 highly recommend! I’ll be back for sure!"

"Ono's is a chain Hawaiian BBQ food, and hoo boy do they deliver some excellent food. Wife and I are here and got a spread of some of the popular items, and everything, fish, chicken, rice, macaroni salad and spam was all made brilliantly. Served with some excellent hot sauce and soy, the meal was top notch, and shall be remembered fondly. Prices were absolutely reasonable, and a good meal and sides won't cost you an arm and a leg. Full marks, place was outstanding, and the food was great. Absolutely recommend stopping by!"
