"They couldn't be bothered to make my lunch in a timely manner.  I placed my order before leaving work on my lunch break, at approximately 11:00 PDT.  It was still not ready when I arrived there at about 11:12.  I waited until 11:17, and then demanded a refund, because it was still not ready, and by this time, even if it was, I didn't have time to eat it before I had to return to work. So, I was late getting back to work from my lunch break, still hungry, and out $9.77 for a meal that I paid for and never received. [Never did get a refund.  Not at the restaurant, and not in response to contacting Taco Bell corporate to complain about the situation.  I paid $9.77 for a meal that I never received.]"

"***DO NOT GO HERE*** The WORST Taco Bell that I've ever been to. Today was the last straw for me...of course, they got my order wrong. I ordered TWO items ...one was missing, so I went in to get it fixed. They apologized and gave me the hash brown that I ordered. When I got home...I took a bite and spit it out immediately. The hash brown was extremely hard ..as if it sat for a very long time. (When you complain...this is usually how they handle it). They basically ripped me off. I don't know how many horrible reviews they are willing to get before they fix this location. Whoever takes care of responses to these reviews... Please, if you plan on addressing me like the other customers... don't bother. You need to be fired."

"The bathroom has a code so they can't blame this on random people walking in. My first experience was the disgusting bathroom. No soap, no paper towels and the hand dryer was broken. Trash all over the floor..absolutely gross. I will never go there again, drive thru or otherwise! The managers are obviously not doing there jobs in making sure the employees do there's."
