"The most unprofessional company and unprofessional employees I have ever experienced in my life. A few weeks ago the fitting room was closed all day for no reason. Employees were rude and dismissive. Today I went to UTC Zara at 12:30 in the afternoon just to find a sign that says “we are closed at the moment”. Employees walking all around in the store ignoring all of the bystanders outside the doors. I finally decided to knock and a women came out and said they are closed and they don’t know when they will open. I continue to ask why that was since every other store in the mall is open and just then, a male employee decides to walk up and starts to shut the door in my face and wave his little hand saying bye-bye. Complete attitude for no reason just because a customer wanted to know why they were not open. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Horrible I can’t wait for Zara to go bankrupt. I’m gonna laugh all day long.."

"Worse customer service! Took my daughter in and the kids dressing room was closed. Turns out they only have one dressing room area for the whole store. (Always a significant wait). If you can’t handle the crowds then you should address that. Also, the staff is that, STAff not royalty practice some manners and be polite."

"Wait time to checkout is forever. Please hire more staff on a Friday to accommodate your customers. Quite ridiculous."

"I was very disappointed in this store. My 16 year old daughter bought a pair of pants from them in August this year for back to school. The zipper broke. The pants had this tag inside the pants nearly 3 inches long that rubbed against her and irritated her. She cut it out. She couldn't find the receipt, but the pants are branded with the stores name in them. When we brought them back for an exchange, they relied on the fact that since my daughter cut the tag out, they couldn't exchange them for her. The manager claimed that he couldn't do it without seeing the tag. Of course he could, he chose not to. Actually, my wife used her credit card, and they refused to look her up. The effect of their decision will cause my daughter to no longer shop their, let her friends know of her experience and me writing this to let the world know. It would have been smart of them to have made a kind move and exchanged the pants."
