"I have been waiting for months to hear from this store about returning a pair of Flog jeans. NOTHING. I brought a pair of these pants in January. The sales person told me they were the perfect fit and how I should care for them. I followed her advise to a tee and they started to shred after 2 hand washings!! All I wanted was to exchange for something else but I have yet to hear a word. It’s now been 7 months!!! I have emailed I’ve sent pictures - everything. I am I good customer and I’m a loyal customer. But this place feels like a total scam."
