"This place is great! The Chili Verde omelet was delicious. They have a great selection of mimosas- sooo good!"
"Like most new restaurants, first few weeks are always the toughest getting the place into a good routine. And for it being new, I am beyond pleased with the quality overall. Great service, great atmosphere, love the vibe and decor. The food was fantastic, nothing crazy to say "OMG what a CHEF!" But overall you won't leave dissapointed, it was all pretty great. This is a new favorite spot to come for brunch 100%. Lots of options for drinks, and lots of options for food."
"I'll start with the positives The ambiance is perfect for a breakfast and lunch spot. It's bright and open, and you can't go wrong being on the river. The service was on point, we sat at the bar upstairs and our server/bartender Ashley was very friendly, full of smiles, and happy to explain the drink menu. The downside is the food. Bland flavor but also over salted. I had the breakfast enchiladas, and even though it looked good, it definitely was not. Dry chicken and tasteless green sauce that was super salty. The beans have zero flavor, and the cilantro rice is also dry and flavorless. The chilaquiles lacked sauce, and they were as dry as everything else. It came with a tiny slice of tough meat that was close to being beef jerky. Also, nothing we ate was hot. It was room temperature. I hate giving negative food reviews, but it was comparable to Denny's. But, by all means, just the location alone is reason to go there. Just don't expect to be impressed by the food. I saw many people ordering the giant mimosas, which have two full bottles of champagne for $60. It's worth the experience on a Sunday morning watching football, drinking, and just hanging out."
"It was their first weekend and you could tell the staff was excited and a little nervous. They were all very friendly, though. The restaurant is spacious on two floors and if you are lucky you can get a glimpse of the river. There are abundant menu choices, from Mexican (I love the general taste but don’t like Cilantro, so that was a no for me), to conventional to skillets. I picked a steak skillet, which was not bad, but maybe with an overdose of bell peppers that soaked the hashbrowns that were hidden somewhere to a mush. The eggs were perfectly done to order (over medium) but I think I found only two instead of the three promised on the menu. Three would have been too much anyway. My wife was very happy with her salmon eggs Benedict. Overall not a bad experience and we will come back for a second try. Good luck to them for a successful start."
