"I think they are used to not paying attention to their clients and treating them badly. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. The person who claimed to be the shift manager would not even provide her name or the name of the door manager, or any other information that was pertinent to obtain to report the horrid conditions of this particular store."
"I placed an order on the app. When I picked up the order the milkshake was half full. When I asked, the cashier said I didn’t make it and didn’t try to rectify it. I ordered a diet dr. Pepper and they gave me regular soda of which sent me into sugar shock because I can’t drink regular soda"

"Great Carl's Jr. right next to the 5 freeway. Real convenient when your traveling as I was from Tahoe to Los Angeles. The woman working at the counter that day was Lorena it says on my receipt. She was super cool and very nice, even to people calling in on the phone. I could tell she loves her job. The restaurant was clean. Would stop here again if I'm passing through on another trip."
