"Employee at the counter was very rude & obnoxious from the moment I walked in and the entire time I was there. Terrible communication, terrible service, combative & verbally rude & ended up doing work that I didn't ask for, want or approve and then charging me for it. They weren't busy when I was there. They hadn't just opened and they weren't about to close. I wasn't rude or demanding. I wasn't in a hurry. I had my laptop with me & work to do so I was happy to wait as long as it took. I went in to have a simple tire leak checked out. There was no excuse for the guys terrible attitude, rude behavior and poor customer service. When I write reviews on here it's almost always a positive review because of a great experience. I prefer to not spend my time writing negative reviews. My experience at this location was so bad that I won't ever go to any Big O Tires again."
