"Great experience! The customer service was amazing. To better explain, I found a pair of jeans that I loved, there were two pairs. One was on the mannequin the other I tried was damaged. The sales representative took the time to remove the jeans off the mannequin. That is the kind of customer service I got. It is a big deal. Plus, the items are of good quality. Honestly, it was worth spending the money. I did not get anyone's name, but everyone that worked at that store was above average and excellent."

"It’s absolutely the worst shopping experience in my life. I bought more than 10 cloths here, actually 8 of them the clerk didn’t remove the security tags. This was a major mistake on their part, and when I called back and asked if I could send it in for removal, they said they didn't offer that and I had to go back to the store. The problem is that I just traveled to buy clothes from this store, I am now home and I am 80 miles from the nearest store, and the manager in this store insist that I only go back to the store, otherwise there is nothing they can do. I can't understand this bad service. I will not patronize this store again, I hope everyone can see this real review."
