"My husband and I had Nick as our waiter, and he was amazing. Great communication skills and so polite. He was totally on point with every request. Regardless of what he is getting paid right now, he deserves a raise! It is so hard to find good employees, but it's even harder to find good service in restaurants these days. He's definitely an asset to the company and just brings a great vibe. Kudos to you, Mr. Nick, and keep up the good work."
"THIS LOCATION NEEDS DIVERSITY & INCLUSION TRAINING. Since Rocklin is predominantly white I'm sure it's not often an issue, but the host Benji racially profiled my boyfriend (African-American) and me(Mexican-American). We were waiting for the host(Benji) and immediately after us another family came in and sat down to wait which is understandable because they had a child. When he approached us he asked if the other family was there first. It wasn't what he asked, it was how it was asked. My boyfriend told him we were there first and Benji then gave him a look as though he was lying. My boyfriend quickly defended his answer and he still did not believe him. We are in our late 20's, this was after the gym so we were wearing workout clothes, but we definitely don't look like the rude child-like people he assumed we were and treated us as though we were. We then asked to talk to his manager and when Jennifer came up we explained what had happened and she said "I'm sorry you feel like that". To begin with, that's not a true apology. She also wasn't genuine. ...I'm hurt that we were treated like this and their manager wasn't sympathetic. We were excited to go on our endless wings date, but for obvious reasons we chose to go elsewhere."
"Picture the scene, it's 8pm Monday night after neglecting breakfast and lunch in favor of Applebee's "all you can eat". But much to my chagrin after about 10 refills of wings I was informed that I had reached the end of "all you can eat". In the moments following the abrupt revelation that unlimited wings had a hidden limit It struck me a dissonant chord The shock and disappointment, magnified by the absence of any mention in the menu, left me grappling with an unexpected and unparalleled sense of grief as I reflected on the perceived abundance that turned out to be remarkably finite, Eventually, I had to come to terms with the harsh reality that Applebee's "all you can eat" deal was nothing more than a tantalizing illusion. I accepted my fate, vowing to approach all-you-can-eat promotions with caution in the future."
"Went for lunch and it was very slow in here, not a lot of guests. Oddly the service was just okay even though they were not busy, and the food took a bit. The food was just okay, nothing special. Had a burger and fries, and it was on a white plate and just seemed small with free fries. It was okay, nothing special but others tried other things and thought they were good. Overall, just not all that special"
"We came on Veterans Day but visit often. The service, waiter ,staff and food was excellent. Totally enjoyed every minute along with meeting great people there. They do take good care of their Veterans. I hope this is of help to someone. I do not work for this company but highly recommend it. Very clean."
