Reviews
"Great, but not the biggest variety of all J.Crew stores when it comes to mens department. Kind and helpful staff whatsoever"
"J. Crew is the future of women fashion. They have a large Men’s section as well."
"I really would like to love this store but I can't find anything here that fits me. So I order online & pick it up here, and they have friendly staff. If you're unsure of the fit or style, order it online & have it delivered here. It makes returns hassle-free. You might find something else in the store, but not if you're petite & wears xxs. Never going to happen !"
"I recently started going to the J Crew in the UTC mall since the Carlsbad one closed down. I have received the best customer service at this location. In particular, Mila and Everson have been the best. They are professional, kind, and helpful. Thank you Mila, Everson, and the rest of the staff!"
"The staff didn't seem to have any knowledge about the denim like the location I shopped at years ago. The quality has also seemingly decreased toward cheap fashion. It isn't all the way there, but its closer to it than I remember before, which really gets at me. Anything left these days that isn't basically just a blue spandex with belt loops? The tops are a bit comical. They seem to shoot for "high fashion" and instead land in "everything hits the clearance rack eventually." Just a word to the wise: if half the store is a clearance rack, there's your sign :( They are likely just too big for their own britches with how many other brands they have now, which is unfortunate. Better to do one thing right than everything on an empty tank."
