"Manager at MJ’s, working on Sunday afternoon was incredibly rude over the phone. Customer service is not their strength. I do not recommend shopping here, they are inflexible re: their return policy, with a receipt, within the time frame and only requesting an exchange. The tag must have come off in the shuffle of clothes, the item has not been worn because it doesn’t fit well, if they were willing to let me come in to exchange, they would see for themselves. I would bring my friends from out of town to shop here, but not any more."
