"They have a problem with their staff here but the selection of items is pretty good."
"Bathrooms don't work so we just walked out with about 5 other people. Will never come here again"
"***This is an edit to my original review. I came into the store today, and not only are the fitting rooms closed, now the bathrooms are locked. Manager said they're doing that with all their stores now. Shopping at Burlington is worse experience than shopping at Walmart which is saying something. The store is very poorly stocked. I know there's a supply chain issue still, but this store is much worse than most. But what was really upsetting is that the dressing rooms are closed. When I inquired at the cash register why, they said they are closed all week and only open on weekends. So I guess that's weekday shoppers are chopped liver to you to this store. It doesn't matter to you if I have to come back to exchange closing at home and finding out it doesn't fit right, and that's what's upsetting. You don't care about my time. The other thing is the carts, the shopping carts die at the door. You can work so hard on loss prevention that you run your customers off. Very sad."
"The cashier who rang me up named Angela was extremely unprofessional. From the moment I stepped up to the cash register Angela did not care to ask the most standard customer service questions like “hello, how are you? did you find everything okay?”. Throughout the entire transaction, Angela spoke very loudly to the coworkers next to her about inappropriate things like making fun of her coworkers age (basically flirting) and calling her other coworker “wifey”. Angela proceeded to take her very sweet time with scanning my TWO items and placing it in a bag, not even glancing up at me once while talking to her coworkers the entire time. She treats her job more like a social hour instead of a place of employment. At the end of our transaction, Angela did not have the common courtesy to face me while handing me my receipt because she was simply too busy chatting it up. When she realized i was not taking the receipt from her hand she aggressively waved it at me insinuating for me to grab it from her, all while STILL not even facing me. Angela also did not hand me my bag or even bother pushing it closer to my side, leaving the bag towards her register. I ended up having to lean over the counter and grab it myself. I can see why this girl works the night shift, she is severely lacking in customer service skills. Overall my experience was unpleasant due to this entire interaction or should i say, lack thereof."
"This was the weirdest situation I've ever been in, in a Burlington. My 4 year old had to go potty. We were escorted to the bathroom by an employee because they can not give out the code then the employee had to keep a head count of us and whoever was entering the bathrooms. The employee had to stand outside the bathroom supervising and waiting until we were done in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were disgusting, none of the seats were clean. I use to love going to Burlington, this one I will not be returning to."
