"Female Manager Emmaleen at 2 pm shift took our order, manager incompetent and shouldn't be paid as much as she is, in a completely dead and empty restaurant. Manager also has horrible customer service skills, argumentative and I should've just asked for my money back and let her deal with the loss!! This place is struggling and skimps every corner DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!"
"Food was dried out. Also ordered a chili dog that was super heated up. Server seemed to be foolishly playing a only put one thin napkin in a bag containing two orders, fries had excessive salt on them. Probably because I requested fries with no salt. I was so disappointed. The food was horrible I wish I hadn’t ever visited that place"
"The KFC component never fails me, but the king/poppa burger was not delicious at at. Unfortunately we waited almost 15 mins after we made our order, but the staff was very nice and polite. So the time waiting was not stressing on us, and we were the only family eating dine in. So far, plus is friendly polite staff that i can tell is trying to meet service but the wait was really long and poor burger quality. onion rings are yummy."
