"Opens late which is really great for students! Right in the middle of downtown and it is super bright at the restaurant. Able to order online and pickup, super quick too. I ordered a gyro bowl with beef ($12.50) and pita bread ($3.50), large portions with simple ingredients. Sign up for their emails to receive discounts! I also heard their Greek yogurt is really good, so I'll give that a try next time."
"Food is what you'd expect from a campus oriented chain restaurant. The price was unexpected however. $20 for lunch, especially given the quality, was more than I'd be willing to pay again."
"HUGE shoutout to Jasmine! She was the only person working the front when I came in and was a multitasking QUEEN. She gave me the best customer service experience even though she was completely slammed. I don’t know if she was the manager but I hope she is because she was on top of everything and I left with a very positive impression of the place. It was my first time in, it seemed a little busy for only 1 person on staff, and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to wait for the large party of +6 in front of me to be done. I browsed the menu and decided I didn’t know what I wanted, and walked out before anyone noticed. I was surprised when I hear Jasmine came after me to apologize and convinced me to come back and try the food. She was so nice, I didn’t blame her for anything at all - I know how difficult it is to work with no extra support. She helped me order and even gave me her to-go order chicken and pork skewers. I barely waited and all my food came out so quick! I was so impressed with her, the turnaround, and the food itself. I took a photo of the lamb bowl and skewers. Everything was VERY delicious, I loved the lamb meat and tzatziki and definitely recommend grabbing a meal here."
"Not bashing on the food but the service I received from this location was absolutely awful. I made an online order and waited over 20 minutes for my food. I asked the cashier and he told me they “forgot” to put in my order. He then offered to make it right by giving me a free order and gave me some dessert. I was disappointed but appreciated the offer since I have a hungry family to feed and he told me it should take another 10-15 minutes to have it ready. Another 20 minutes later I ask on the status on my food and the cashier tells me they cancelled my order since I got a refund. An absolute horrible case of miscommunication on their end. We won’t be coming back."
"The marketing and design of the restaurant is on the higher end and looks like it could be a chain restaurant. Before I forget, this is more of a fast food style restaurant and doesn't have the same aspect of more local Greek joints, although it doesn't suggests it is bad. I tried the falafel and the lamb gyro plate(w/ Greek fries. which were actually the best tasting out of anything), the falafel was peppery, I recommend avoiding that dish if you don't like spice as well."
