"Everywhere I go in Vallejo there’s terrible customer service, employees look at you weird and be rude for no reason. Express tires is a family business, the owner has manners, smiles every time he greets me and others I mean I can keep going. He also gave me the best options that would fit my budget. "Can't say enough to thank Cesar for providing us emergency tire service the day after Thanksgiving. We made the mistake of parking in the Ferry Terminal Garage over the holiday and our car was vandalized, as so many others have been. Two flat tires with the valve cores removed just for spite, we suppose, and three other cars nearby similarly disabled. AAA refused to send a truck to that area and it was getting toward dusk. We contacted Robert at Master Roadside & Handyman and he managed to get us over to Express Tires, where Cesar was ready and waiting for us in the driveway. He had both tires repaired and filled within minutes. The two of them saved the day ! The compensation he requested was much less than he deserved, and we are honored to have met such a kind person when we really needed one. Highly recommended without hesitation."

"My tire got shredded on the highway, I was calling around trying to get prices on tires and everyone I called were so rude or super expensive, but I called Express Tires and the gentleman I spoke to was so nice, polite, and very helpful over the phone. His prices were also a lot better than the others I called. So when I went I was greeted by two young boys ( sons or grandsons). Them 2 along with the gentleman I spoke to changed my tire and put my donut back in my trunk. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They don't have a parking lot structure, but they have a small drive way and then there's street parking in case there is someone in front of you getting their tire changed. Overall a very good experience there."
