The store was overflowing with product. I was ecstatic that they had the sizes in the colors we hoped to purchase. Will definitely be back for the holidays!"

"This man named Omar is bad I mean real messed up. I wanted to return shoes yes I worn them but my feet does not feel comfortable due to flat feet and also the reason I wore them was hoping I don’t have to return it because I love them so much but I’m just really feel uncomfortable. I don’t usually return things at this store. I have bought anime shirts, members only jackets and worth $$$ of dollars spent here. I really hate returning things but I had to for this one. OMAR kept on telling me it’s used and I only have bought this for few days. Wish I understand but if I’m in pain and I have to return I have to do it! He kept on making fun of me, smirking and laughing in the side. A female associate that was on his side had to stop him. He was a jerk and I had to resize my voice at him and telling him “I don’t usually return things unless I need too! They know I buy many things and it was my first time returning it!!! Omar also said that I return things in mission Viejo mall they must have mistaken me with someone else because I never go there! I never once shopped there and more returned anything there as well. For him to say that was obsurd and I felt really ashamed and disrespected. I scolded at him because I don’t want to feel embarrassed and I’m a buyer and not here to return things. I think Omar needs to be fired I seriously don’t want him around next time I shop. I’m definitely will take this to corporate and hopefully my shoe gets returned as well. I cannot fathom that this has happened at my favorite store. Even the lady that was helping was very rude with me. They act like bunch of wanna be gangsters especially Omar thinking he is some type of gangster laughing his way out. I simply want to return my shoe because it’s uncomfortable not because I feel like returning it. I want Omar fired if he isn’t fired I will make sure I will call the office infinity times to take this further."

"This store is a combination of a clothing and a skateboard shop. If you want to create your own deck, they have everything that you'll need to do so. If you're just looking for fashion, they've got really good options here as well. The gentleman that assisted us when we first walked in was fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The gal that assisted us with checkout, could have been a little bit more friendly, but she did her best. The only reason they lose one star is because the music that they were playing was over the top with the n-word. Needless to say, this was a bit of a shock."

Went to the spectrum just to go here and get a members only x nickelodeon jacket, and first thing after greeting me when I walked in the cashier saw that I had a 90s loony tunes shirt on, and walked up with multiple aweome shirts of the same style with Hay Arnold, Rin and Stimpy, and other 90s nick shows on the front, and they were in the perfect color as well! they really know how to help choose ANY item based off YOUR style, and it made for an AWESOME experience! They also held my items at the front for me so I wasn't walking around holding a bunch of clothes and they were extremely nice! I asked the simplest of questions about available items and they came back with the highest quality and coolest products that fit my style perfectly!!! I absolutely love it here and will definitely be going back for more! Great customer service, awesome attitudes, and very well inclined with all types of styles for anyone's fit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
