"Right away when I walked into the store, a young man asked if I needed help and I said I needed to do a return and he literally complained aloud and made it seem like I was such a burden. It made me feel horrible and he was rude the entire time. He had such a bad attitude about every little thing that he had to do."

"There was a young gentleman working there. He was so nice and helpful, but the lady who showed me where the fitting room was at was very rude and had a horrible attitude. She was bothered. I’m not sure why, especially with a customer who is super chill and friendly."

"“Manager” Yesenia was super rude and snobby. Took my bag from me after telling her I just was doing a return, she began to inspect the shirt in the middle of the store refusing to take the return back…. Mind you all the tags were intact , never been used, or even taken out of the bag. Don’t waste your time going to this location."

"Staff overall are friendly and will greet you. Never a problem getting a fitting room or having a question answered. The G By Guess brand though, sadly, has been disappearing over the past year, with most store merchandise now being Guess Factory stuff, which by definition, isn't as "nice" as the original G By Guess-branded items. This is across all locations. I've actually contacted Guess and they just give me a corporate response about how the G By Guess isn't folding, but just merging with Guess Factory. The selection is lackluster now and although not fair to this store in particular, it sucks. I feel these stores will eventually close."

"Went shopping with my sister and once we were paying the cashier forgot to give my sister her change back so we waited in Line again and told her. All she did was stand there and look at us, called someone over to open the drawer to get the Cash out. Our change was suppose to be 10.05 back and she just handed Us 10 and no sorry about that or anything came out of her mouth. Not even the 5 cents back. She literally didnt say nothing. I work at tillys and no Matter what i always give out great customer service and Communication with my customers. Not going back again. Bad vibes and customer service. Wouldve rated it 0 stars if i can"
