Kohl's

"Kohl's is one of my favorite stores! I always find something I love when I shop there. The bonuses I receive through regular coupons, Rewards and Kohl's Cash make each visit rewarding and fun. I am able to purchase more than I expected at a great price. Very much recommend!"

"I was greeted when coming in the store. The store is completely re-decorated it is a pleasure to shop there. I have been a customer since the original opening. Also I can return my amazon orders and that is very convenient for me. They have everything you would need for your Christmas shopping."

"If you come here to do an Amazon return expect to wait a very long time. Right now on a Sunday afternoon there are 20 people in line and one poor worker. They need to have at least 2 workers. It is right by the customer service office..so they can see the very long line and yet they do nothing. Bad customer service! And a bad way to treat the employee who must feel so stressed having so many people waiting."

"This is a lie. Took 15 minutes to get to this sign and the line has barely moved. Kohl’s needs to understand everyone here won’t come back. They only have one worker and they are losing big time on customer service. I’ve seen at least a dozen employees walk past and no one wants to help. With Christmas returns expiring tomorrow. They knew this would be packed. They don’t care."

"This is not our regular area Kohl's, but we were around the area and had time to spare so we decided to check it out. It is definitely big. Not sure if it just looked like that to me because it was just one floor and I am used to the one where I live that is two floors but seems way smaller!! And this one has two entrances. This kohl's was very clean, and very organized. As we were browsing through the store two of there staff actually welcomed us and offered their assistance if we needed it. That was very nice of them! We didn't buy anything, we were just checking it out. Will definitely check it out again. It seemed like they had a much better variety on clothing, shoes, and bedding than the kohl's in our area."
