"The overall state of this particular store is just above a failing grade. I often eat here out of necessity, yet every time I go I am not sure what kind of service I will get. On some days, the staff is amazing, and the food is great. Lettuce wrapped burgers can often throw off a crew, but they can push out some amazing results. On other days, they blatantly steal from me by giving me cheaper food when I pay for the more expensive items, then have the nerve to say that I had ordered what they gave me over the phone. I am tempted to drive down and get the food corrected, but I am not in the mood and don't want to blow up over something as ridiculous as an overpriced McDonald's burger. While I may have recommended them earlier, I cannot say that I am satisfied with my service. The only saving grace might be the app, which I will try to use from now on, but if I have to order through my phone to get the food right then there is something seriously wrong with this location. I am sorry for the Carl's Jr franchise that they have to have their name sullied by this."

"Polite and quick. Every time I've gone it's been superb service with a pretty good hamburger. I'm basic and get a western burger every time; they make it 4/5. It's a bit pricey, I miss $5 westerns."

"We usually stop here off of I-8 on our way into Arizona when we leave Cali early in the morning. Get my coffee and sausage biscuit to fortify me for the until lunchtime. Not the best I’ve ever had, but good enough."
