"I come in here a few times and this young lady her name was Rav I believe was very sweet young lady. And another gentleman working alongside with her, I don’t recall the name. One of the best workers in Rancho, thank you for the amazing service every time I come in to that young lady and young gentleman. Never disappoints! Best location in Rancho."

"Sassy attitude. My order was done for 5+ mins the tall blonde guy put my order on the back counter after asking my name instead of handing it to me. Then eventually the nice girl with glasses had to hand it to me, when she noticed he was gonna let my order keep sitting there."

"Never had a great sub here. It is close so it is good in a pinch. When they say "fresh sliced right in front of you" they are not talking about the tomatoes, lettuce, or avocados. Shame on the avocados, what they use is more of a paste, that wouldn't pass as guacamole. For service on my last visit I wait five minutes for a one of the five staff members to take my order. I just wait and watch a the staff wander around as one employee worked. For the subs I ordered a mini for dad and a regular for myself. You would think there would be a size difference based on the price. That was not the case here, the difference was about a inch. The kicker was the straw, that for a large drink hardly made it a half of a inch out of the cup. Not great but it can do in a pinch."
