"Great vibe here ! Staff was nice and very helpful. Food was amazing and the manager Christian really made me feel welcomed. He guided me through the menu and suggested his favorites. My kids left a bit of a mess…,as I was cleaning up they came to tell me they’d take care of it!! Really made me feel like a guest. Thank you guys ! Will be coming back soon."

"Always delicious and fresh, love all the heart healthy items. Except that today I didn't receive the pita and sauce the cashier said came with it . I also ordered and extra side, but unfortunately he did not enter it in the computer. By the time I got home, it was too late to go back. It was slow and I was the only one in line, so being busy wasn't the issue."

"Great service at this location, manager was super helpful and friendly. Explained the chicken option for the month and also kindly offered to explain the menu. When order was ready brought it to my table and came out again 5-10 minutes after to ask everyone in the tables how everything was. Great experience in a Luna Grill before. He also let my emotional support baby join me inside due to patio closed. I forgot to ask him his name but i am pretty sure he was the manager on duty today at 4:30pm. Also food was delicious and great."

"We have always enjoyed Luna Grill’s generous portions when dining in, but our recent experiences with their takeout service have been disappointing. The kids meal we ordered, priced at $6.49, was surprisingly small, raising concerns about portion consistency. As regular customers, we are not likely to continue ordering takeout or delivery based on these experiences and hope they address these issues promptly."
