"I called the store ahead of time to confirm whether or not I can return an item that I purchased online, and the sales associate I spoke with told me it was fine. Come to find out, after driving from Long Beach to make the return, the woman at the cash register told me because there wasn't a tag on it, so she wasn't able to return it, and needed the UPC. I pointed out that there's UPC# that was attached to the tag on the sweater. The sweater didn't come with a tag. She proceed to "try" to look up the UPC on the system, my guess it that it worked, but she wanted to hold her ground and didn't let me return it, and proceeded to give me attitude while giving me the customer service line that coincidentally wasn't open that day. Never going to shop at MANGO again, and especially this store."
