"I came in on Sunday and got lots of tacos for me and my son. Shelby J helped me and was super helpful with all my questions. The rest of The young staff were all smiles and seemed to enjoy their work. . They greeted me as soon as we walked in. They were very busy and the line at the drive thru was 5 cars deep. It's for this reason I walked in. I also like to have Lots of Hot Sauce with my tacos. They had my food at quickly and it was still hot when I got home! That's the biggest deal to me is cold food. I added a seperate order and they had both ready at the same time. I will come back because of this excellent service. drive thru was empty when i left too. very fast service."

"Online order at 12:15 on 2-13-24 for 1:00. I arrived at 1:10 and my order wasn't ready, I actually think they gave it to someone else so I had to wait for my food because they 'found the order. I finally got my food but when I got home they had not paid attention to the customizations I made online and the order was wrong. I was able to pull out the food for my wife who was at work. I had to go back to get my food corrected. I spoke with the manager who apologized and finally admitted the had probably given my order to the wrong person I finally got my food and escaped at 1:45 with an order I did online at 12:15. No offer for a refund no extras for wasting an hour of my time, really poor customer service because they didn't want to admit they screwed up and then when they tried to cover up they ignored the customization and screwed up again Don't order online from the Lakeside store or better yet avoid it altogether."

"The staff at this Taco Bell are always nice to order from, they're respectful and upbeat. The atmosphere inside is welcoming and the wait times are not too long, despite how busy they are. The food generally is not looking like something just slopped together and haven't had any experiences with having to return an item. If in the area and having a craving for some Taco Bell, I'd recommend this store!"
