"Food is amazing as always, food usually takes a while because it's a Hotspot full of delivery orders and pick ups. So eating in is no good if it's at a busy hour. Once stood at the counter for 15 minutes, no one said greeted me or said, "be there in a minute!" Went to the taco shop near by Instead"

"I got the most triple fried dilapidated old soggy fries for dinner, probably will give me heartburn later, would not order from here again. Make a new batch and let me wait it out longer. Chicken was decent except I feel like they shorted us a couple pieces from the 20 piece deal that’s going on. I was being nice and even pretipped for Xmas, c’mon man."

"Ordered take out and paid online. I got an email confirmation with a time estimate that said -2 -3 minutes. Like what? Was it ready 2 to 3 minutes ago? Anyway, I waited a bit for my order. When it was up, I opened to check for all my items. One item was missing. I checked my email to make sure I ordered it, and lo and behold, I did order it. I told the worker, showed him my email and he got it for me. The funny thing is that my item was not listed on the printed out ticket that they tape to the bag. I showed him my email confirmation, but he didn't look at it too closely and when I said it was left off the printed item the food prep guys get, he was unfazed and said I was good. So this probably happened before and there is a glitch either electronically or human error when transcribing the online orders. So to bring this review to a close, CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE WALKING OUT WITH TO GO ORDERS!!!"

"Was a frequent customer for 2-3 years and have always had some sort of issue. There's always something forgotten or cold. Today my mother and I went in after ordering online, got our food and cups, and went to fill our drinks. The machine wasn't working right and the older woman working there then told us it was broken. We asked what we were supposed to do then because we paid for drinks we were not getting. She told us we paid for the meal so the cups were just included in the price. I told her I had also upgraded the drinks to a larger size and she said "So that was what? A dollar? You want a dollar?" I was done so I left the cups and walked out. Upon getting home 5 minutes later we took the food out to find cold soggy fries and chicken that was wayyyyy too greasy. The last time we came there was a bone in the fries despite none of the items in our order having any bones and the time before that they forgot to give us half of our food. During the drinks interaction, another woman came in cause they forgot to give her part of her order. This is the last time we come here. Epic Wings was better anyways."

"The flavor was good but the presentation is a fail. How can your website have a loading icon of wings being tossed but you don’t really toss them? I didn’t know you guys partnered with ikea for the toss at home wings."
