"It was alright. Drive thru line took quite a while on a Friday night. Food was pretty good. Only complaint was that their prices are going up making Taco Bell less affordable. It used to always be the most affordable fast food."
"Stopped by for dine in and had no issues with my order. I used the order screen and my food was ready fairly quickly. I received the correct food. The place is very clean and very busy."
"Double check you to go order before leaving. They forgot a chalupa, taco, and cinnamon twist in a single order. I used mobile delivery. The bag was still sealed so it was a bagging issue and not the drivers fault. Got shorted over $8 worth of food. I live 3mi away so it wasn't going to drive to the store."
"Worst experience ever. Long lines, customers ignored, most orders wrong. I saw 15 people waiting for orders inside, and the only reason I came in was that the drive thru line extended out of the parking lot. Inside, you have to submit your order online or from the kiosk but there are no signs at the counter indicating that. My total wait was over 40 minutes by the time I came in and got an order entered, but most of the time was waiting for it to be put together. Then it was wrong, but shame on me for waiting and hoping for a miracle!"
