"In general their meat is good ... Their sides need some work. Beans aren't bad but they aren't great by any stretch. Coleslaw isn't bad but again it isn't great and has a tendency towards the dry side. They could gain a lot from improving these two staple sides for BBQ."

"They gave me the wrong food then argued with me about what I asked for which was beef ribs instead of pork. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Since I don’t eat pork I can’t tell you what it tastes like but if the service reflects the food…. Run….. I would have given 0 stars like they gave 0 service."

"Last night my family and I went to lil Alex’s and we were greeeted by an amazing lady. She immediately updated us on the wait and situation. (All with a very pretty smile on her face) We had an amazing time and even though she was serving and taking to go orders on her own she was very attentive and always smiling. It was my Birthday celebration and she wished me a happy birthday with such cheer. The cook had delicious food out pretty quickly and it was great. The whole crew was awesome and made my birthday dinner a memorable one. We will be coming back very soon and often. Thank you to the whole staff and especially Annie (not sure of the spelling). Everything was amazing!"

"Service was very fast, little to no wait. We went on Halloween night. Food could’ve been a little warmer, but it was still very good. Didn’t get a drink after all because the fountain was out of coke and the horchata had ants in it. Over all it was good for the first time."

"This place is okay alittle dark inside for suree, the bbq sauce was good, different then phils bbq. The Beef bbq rack the meat was good fell off the bones, we got our food quick, we got the family meal it feeds 5 for sureee, we had left overs and it was 4 of uss today. Spent 120 for 4 of us and drinks. The family liked the coleslaw, the mac and cheese was okay."
