"First off I was in a pinch and needed to get some lumpia. This place came recommended because they have good food. I agree their food is good. However, the service is absolutely and unbelievably horrific. I don't care how good any food is. No one should be treated the way that these people treat other people."

"No matter your initial perception or verbal encounter with Leo, whom I found and find to be a standup super nice guy, and one who’s been doing this for almost 20 years, repeating the same phrases over and over and over, or Cynthia his wife who is also a total and complete sweetheart, Don’t Leave Without Lumpia. If you allow your emotions to dictate you’re leaving instead of ordering lumpia, then you have made a huge mistake, because it’s absolutely some of the best lumpia that I have ever tasted. "My 1st time here the guy was so rude all I did was ask him how he was doing and he told me no time to talk about cooking food. So rude I'm never coming here again. If all Asians are like this I will never support small business."

"Save your money and don’t go here. You can’t vote zero stars. Wow, I don’t review much, but the service here was absolutely disgraceful. I didn’t even eat food because we just had to leave. We stood at the counter for almost 5 min with no service, when my wife said excuse me (loud enough to hear in the back), a male voice literally yelled from the back “I’m cooking, you can wait” with a massive amount of attitude. I mean enough for me to post. We asked to place an order and he just kept screaming that “you can wait” almost at the top of his lungs. We didn’t even get to order before we were too upset and had to leave. No way I want to even try the food they cook after that experience."

"Don’t always judge a company or person by the reviews… as my friend and I were getting out of the car, we were preparing ourselves for a rude encounter with the “old man” taking orders due to the reviews we read. To our surprise, as we approached the door we were greeted by that same “old man” who was very pleasant as well as the older woman. They took our order after a little talk about my name and it’s meaning and told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. We actually waited less than 15 minutes and he called my name out with a smile on his face. I ordered 6 chicken and 6 pork…asked for extra sauce and the woman gave me one with no problem. I tipped their jar and we left happy customers."
