"My go to Macy's. Although in need of a bigger bag collection. The ambiance is nice in this part of the mall. And so far, employees have been friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Chris of the fragrance department. He's been always helpful and go beyond expectations! Thanks Chris!"

"Okay shopping experience.. was too crowded on the day I went due to Christmas shopping. Super crowded and too little space for customers. There was a lot of people that will try to cut you in line to save them checkout times. Recommend that you go during regular times since their perfume counters are really close to each others and is super hard to nagivate when there are lots of shoppers."

"Would give zero stores if an option. Went in to buy Birkenstocks as a Xmas gift. Needed a size 7women. They only had the display. The display was worn and decided not to buy the display especially since it’s a gift for somebody. The worker at the register helped us order a “new” size 7 and had it shipped to the house. It arrived and it was THE DISPLAY! The same one I did not want to buy. It’s worn, dirty on the top and bottom. The display sticker is also on the bottom of the right shoe. Who does that?! Horrible customer service."

"I was pleasantly satisfied with the customer service at this location. I visited the Chanel counter. I have found Chanel incorporates pheromones in its fragrances. Consequently, requesting samples of new scents is better than a card spray. I was in search of a new scent. Kim was perfect. She helped locate a new scent (Coco Mademoiselle) Intense and conveyed there was a sale of 15% off until December 6, 2023. I highly recommend Kim and her team. She made shopping at Macy's a welcoming experience."
