"Incredibly rude staff that does not know how to say thank you or your welcome. Lady charged my food to someone else's card bc she left it in the machine. Told me if I needed my receipt to grab it & when the soda was disgusting & I asked for one from the back, they came around to taste the soda in the machine before filling mine cause ya know, that's something to lie about. Will not be back. Would rather go an hour or of my way than deal with this customer service ever again."

"I came and order the Guacamole burger combo. Got it large. I was in uniform and received the military discount. Because the new burger was good. I went back the next day. Got the same thing. And did not get the military discount. I was then told by the manager that they do not give discounts on combo meals. She then tried to explain to me that the discount only applies to Al a care items which in her own words is the ENTIRE menu. It does not make sense as she contradicted herself on the explanation. She then tried to explain to me that since the combos are already discounted I’m getting a better deal. This is the only location in San Diego County that does this.. this will be the last time I will ever eat here. With the possibility of never going to a Carls Jr location ever"

"I went here to get me a combo and I asked doe my fries to be well done. I got my food and ate a frie and it was cold. I'm thinking that my imagining things so I asked my mom to try one and just from her touch along said it was cold. So I called to see if I can just get my fries replaced for some hot ones. When I told the person on the phone that my fries were cold she said " come on now man like really". I told her yes then she proceed to say to come back. I was in the process of telling it would take me a couple of minutes to get back she hangs up on me mid-sentence. So I asked my mom to take me back since we were about to pump gas. I show up right before the manager for the next shift started and I told her what happened. Her name is Elizabeth and she was able to help me. I thought the person who answered the phone was uncalled for rude."
