"TL-DR, Management at this location is terrible. Started out ok, the cheese curds were fresh and hot, waiter forgot to bring the extra sauce and/or didn’t tell the kitchen. Kitchen staff promptly corrected, so no big deal. Ordered all flat traditional wings with extra sauce (wet) for both my wife’s order and mine. Upon arrival of the wings, my wife’s order had hair infused into the sauce on her wings and mine were not all flats and barely had any sauce on them. Waiter did not notice any of the issues and it had to be pointed out to him as he sat the food down. Decided at this point to cancel the wings and pay for the cheese curds and drinks. Worse part…Management. Manager did NOT interact with me at all, wouldn’t look at me, acknowledge the issue, or talk to me, despite me being calm and stating that I would pay for what we ate, as I waited by the booth where the register is located. Manager did not offer to comp anything (not that I was asking for it) and rudely walked away without any acknowledgement of me after approving the wings to be removed from my ticket."

"Thank you to the general manager who open this place I was one of the who went to the soft open . I just found the old pictures!! I had a wonderful time !! I am not sure if they have the same staff or same general manager, who gave me ticket"

"Nice place we got quick service when we came and it was a nfl sunday, the only down side wass some of the boneless wings were hard, but the rest were good. Well just stick with traditional wings next time we come."

"Please save your money. This place is horrible, I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location really put a sour taste for the company. There were so many red flags from when we first arrived which should have been our queue to leave but really wanted some wings. They got our order wrong, were rude and gave us some weird looking chicken. Unfortunately didn’t even eat my food due to losing my appetite, we asked if we could just get the plate removed from the check and they only took $6 off lol"

"This Buffalo Wild Wings is very big inside and thats my favorite part you don't feel crammed in next to people when eating and also the staff are always super super nice! The food is sometimes slow to get to you but is always fresh and tasty! Highly recommend this place to go watch a football game or the Padres game and eat some wings!"
