"Such a disappointing experience!! Manager Paula is so rude and unprofessional! While shes at fault and her employees were at fault and didnt initially do their job right! she insisted to make a problem with me! And she lied about calling me back with her finding after watching the cameras whenever “she can”! I purchased a damn coat from clearance 40$ I came to return it after two weeks , they wouldn’t do the return saying it doesn’t match the tag and called the manager. I explained to the manager that it seems the employees tagged it wrong, i returned it the way i bought it! How come they sold me it with the wrong tag but wouldn’t return it with that same tag! The so called manager Paula came up & totally disregarded my presence puts the coat in a bag and hands it back to me with such a nasty attitude, ok thats it and walks away. keep in mind I had items to purchase in my cart!! I said wait I need to talk to you this isn’t over and i asked her to check the cameras since she wouldn’t believe me and embarrassed me while so many customers are around. She insisted on being ugly and kept telling me: “not happening today! She repeated it so many times and I kept asking her to check the cameras for the day of purchase! She replied we have the right to refuse a return. I was really shocked, I couldnt believe how she was acting! Its been a weeek+ she hasnt reached out to me via phone as she said she will; after I insisted for her to check the cameras. Anyhow I reached out to corporate and they ended up helping me. I dont know how she became a manager; but she doesn’t belong to such position! Very rude and arrogant person! I will avoid that store moving on forward."

"I used to enjoy going to this store now it’s horrible.I went today at around 1145am and this old lady kept looking what I’m doing.I was looking at make up and she tells me not to open when I was just looking at the product ingredients since I get allergies to many.I felt so uncomfortable and left. I’ve had past experiences as well.I won’t be returning here.They should have workers that are happy and have better customers service.The older ladies look all mad and pissed off at their life and take it out on us buyers."

"Lady working at the dressing room today asked me where am I from . I told her I’m from Israel . She didn’t like my simple answer and she continued asking “ you from Palestine ?” I said no I’m Israeli. She didn’t like the fact that i expressed my own citizenship, she kept talking trash in Arabic . . We don’t really need people like her bringing international conflicts to our homes . Go play jihadist some where else . In Orange County be civil and mind your own funken business"
