"I’ve been going to Chipolte for the past 14 years and wow! Although the food is pretty good. The prices have increased quite a bit the past 3 years and portions have decreased approximately 25%. It was comical to buy two bows for over $30+ and there wasn’t enough protein for a kid. Sad they reduced food despite price adjustments. My family and I will move on to other healthy fast food options. Get it together Chipolte."

"Our food was hot and very good. Our food server was short and acted like she was irritated, didn't greet us or even bother to smile. Made me feel like I was bothering her. Not sure I will visit this location again."

"I should have read the reviews. I love Chipotle, but this is the worst one I’ve been too. The meat and rice portions were so small that it even shocked mummy wife. Seems like all the videos I have seen online about the poor service and small portions from Chipotle are true. I will never again be returning to this location and even told my wife I am done after several bad experiences at multiple chipotles."

"If I could zero stars, I would. I purchased a salad today from the chipotle in west Escondido (CA). I took a bite of the salad and realized that I was chewing/biting a very large chunk of dirt. I took it out of my mouth and washed out my mouth, mind you, it was a lot of dirt. I inspected the salad and found a large chunk of silty clay mud in the salad. My husband and I took photos and I went back to the chipotle and asked to speak to a manager. I told the manager what happened. I showed him the salad and the mud (I brought the food back). The manager told me that he made the salad and that there was no way that the mud was in the salad. I told him that it likely came from the lettuce. He said that was impossible and that the mud ‘must have come from an outside source.’ He said this many times insisting that the mud did not come from the establishment. I was incredulous. He did not apologize, ask any questions or even acknowledge that it was possible that the mud came from their establishment. I could not believe it. We argued for a little while and I finally asked for my money back. He told me that was not possible because my order was made online. He told me to call customer service. He was so rude. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I will never go to chipotle again and I will make sure that people know what happened and how I was treated."

"Poor serving size portions, no support from the manager to compensate the lack of serving sizes, bad customer service. Here’s the photo of our plate which they insisted was double serving of chicken because we asked for more which based on our frequent visits to Chipotle stores this was far from normal. Also pay attention to the cheese. Let me add that many Chipotle stores do this but this store was the worse. One more thing, I rarely post negative reviews but this store went out of the norm to deserve one. Congratulations Chipotle!"
