"I don’t usually bother rating chain restaurants. Everything else is good but I ordered over medium egg and they gave me a completely uncooked egg, egg yolk everywhere. You know it’s raw if the yolk doesn’t stick to the plate when it runs out."

"What a shame. The new staff run the place as if they were in a third world country! Careless sanitary conditions. We arrived the table was sticky floors were dirty and place looked disorderly we placed an ordered of chocolate milk when it arrived chocolate milk was not stirred they just poured syrup on top of milk! The waiter Alex spoke very broken English and was eager rush us out. For a party of three we simply wanted a small meal to go with a dessert. We placed an order of not three but four kid sized cheeseburgers and were immediately stopped and told we were not allowed to order off the kids menu. And simply walked away. He was short and rude and simply walked off. Terrible idea to hire incompetent careless staff that simply don’t know how to speak to customers or provide service, simply said have no ethical conduct!. We used to come to this location a lot and now with the new staff we have stopped all together. It’s truly sad they are running loyal customers out the door!"

"Had a wonderful and relaxing breakfast at this location. Plenty of shady outside seating. Coffee was brought out fast. Breakfast was good. Our server, Hamid, was very friendly and fun to have a conversation with. Looking around the restaurant there is a rather large conference area. Plenty of accessible areas for wheelchairs. Restroom facilities are super clean. Ample areas for parking"
