"Hours show this mcdonald's is open 24 hours with drive thru. Pulled up, was informed they are closed. There is a large group sitting/eating in the lobby. Inquired if they were no longer a 24 hour location, the lady snapped back "we are closed". They need to work on their customer service here."

"They have pretty decent food. I hardly leave any negative reviews but I do this it’s worth talking about this issue. However, it’s been many times they got my order wrong, like when I bought a combo meal they didn’t give me my fries. I remember there was one time I had to wait for 20 min for my order when there was not a lot of people (but after 20 min the line grows really long), and I had to go back to them twice for them missing my order or didn’t give me sauces. They are always slow on order preps, and I really hope their manager can react to this!"

"Really disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's. The staff seemed uninterested and slow. They even messed up my order, adding frustration to the already poor experience. The food was a letdown – cold, soggy, and lacking flavor. It felt like there was no effort in quality or service. The overall lack of care and attention to what customers actually order was striking. A total miss for a fast-food experience. They missed up again but I dont feel like going back."

"Great looking location, easy access, everything good stops there. All of the issues seem to stem from staffing vs needs. This location services a massive amount of people so there is often a huge crowd in the pick up area. The dinning area is often full and often full of homeless. So around 7 am is the only time I have found with only a few people inside but the drive through is massive. Order pick up time during busy times which are most of the time can be upto 30 minutes. Under staffed would be a reason but this location has always been this busy and this slow. Food is average and often out of items, price is standard McDonald's. The space inside is great though."
