Suki Hana - UTC

"Suki Hana, originally known in Westfield as "Sarku Japan" has fantastic food. However, after their remodel/rebrand, they're currently suffering some growing pains. New employees mean they don't know the practice of preparing the meat PRIOR to orders, leaving customers waiting in line for uncomfortable amounts of time. As an avid people-watcher, it's a little morbidly funny to see the poor customers waiting anxiously with their children, knowing that staff is only on order four, and they are number 21."

"Isaiah attempted to order my food. I had to wait because the person never asked me if I was ready and I stood there for about 10 minutes staring at him and then I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order. He said any moment, so then I placed my order and next thing I know I’m standing in front for another 20 minutes, not knowing that he told me the wrong number to wait for my food got cold, and he still expected me to enjoy it with my family so then I requested a refund and he told me I couldn’t have one and I told him no I can because nobody likes cold food and bad service. I would be careful eating here because the staff just likes to play around and not really do their job."

"Haven't had a teriyaki chicken from one of these teppanyaki style fast food joints in awhile thats tasted this good. Devoured half the double chicken plate before I remembered to take a picture."

"The food is good compare to other fast foods around it. Both the chicken and the shrimps are delicious. Sometimes you should wait for 10-15 minutes for your food to get ready as they can be very busy! Overall I would say this is one of the best choices in the food court! I don’t like the beef they offer but the chicken is good!"
