"I am a Regular customer of this Branch but always had decent experience but not this time due to very arrogant lady JUSTINE at the counter. She has NO patience and NO DECENCY at all . How can someone be SO RUDE with the customer. 1. How can you ask customer to move aside with out clarifying his concerns? 2. How can you thrash my coupon without clarifying the concern I had about the same ?? 3. Not sure why I was given SOME Random coupon when I asked to return my coupon to check balance from my end?? 4. How can you be so irresponsible when asked to return my property which you thrown away without my consent and say - I CANNOT FIND IT!? #Very Bad experience #ROSS Alhambra"
