"Alway my Wendy's to go to. Service is usually very good, sometimes the fries or nuggets are only warm like they have been sitting a while. Improve on the simple things and you'll get better ratings!"

"Mobile order and it was NOT ready at the time designated. Employee was hands down the slowest moving person I have ever seen and that should say a lot considering most people I see don't hustle. People behind me might literally have to wait an hour for their food at his pace. When I got my food (and left) the order appeared to be a smaller size than I paid for. Didn't want to go back and speak with them about it since the line was bottlenecking so bad due to the beyond slow employee working the front."

"The Caesar salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious! It smells a little inside, but what I wanted was just a quick meal!"

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Entitled attitude from people who don't know how to do their jobs are the worst. Nobody could help me with a simple in restaurant app transaction. They kept arguing that it's for mobile just because the apps on my phone and didn't know how when I clearly showed them the in restaurant option. I don't know Spanish and not one employee working spoke English so just blank stares between us. Worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Avoid this Wendy's if you can."

"I enjoyed the meat, was throughly cooked, but something was off with the freshness. The bun and toppings seemed fresher somehow...same with the fries...just a lil off in freshness, seemed a bit soaked with grease to a soggy sense. kids working there were pleasant enough."
