"Just to shed a little light here for anyone who bought their dress and read their reviews. It took 2 weeks to get my dress. Everything was on time and perfect. They altered it beautifully and came the same time as they wrote on our receipt."

"Dress was not ready when I was told it would be ready by. Date was also written on receipt but when I called they said they had no record of the being ready by that date even though the girl wrote it on the receipt. The dress was really expensive and ended up ripping from the zipper the day of my event. I keep trying to call them but there no answer. Save your money do not buy from here"

"This place deserves 0 stars, gave me a dirty ripped dress and I was so excited I didn’t notice at the store and because I thought to myself is a new dress. Read the reviews before going to this place or even better go somewhere else, unfortunately I read the reviews after I left the deposit and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, BIG MISTAKE I wasn’t going to write a review but it’s been a couple weeks and still mad about it. It’s so unfair that they do this to people and of course no refund."

Do not go here go to Cinderella great customer service great prices and they have product inside."

"Beware of this place! They are nice at first but once you pay them everything changes…. they don’t return phone calls, they do not give you the dress on the date they commit to. When we purchased the dress we purchased it with alterations and paid for it up front which is what they require but when we went to pick up the dress it look like a two year old cut it. they were extremely rude when we addressed how bad it looked and they wanted to charge us more money to fix what they did . their recommendation was wear it and add a string to hold it up from the bottom so no one notices. (A string that would go around the wrist or hold up with a hand so you can get an idea of what the recommendation was) We ended up taking it else where."
