"I saw this pop-up shop at Knott’s Berry Farm’s food event, “Taste of Knott’s” on a Saturday. My baby nephew was just born and I saw these cute robes and fell in love with them and HAD to buy him one. I ended up purchasing a customized blue robe for him, with his name embroidered on it. Because it was a customized robe, it had to be completed at their actual store in Long Beach which was fine and it arrived within a week. However when I opened the box, it was yellow not blue and I was devastated! I emailed the company and Rosie got back to me immediately and told me she was going to work on it and get me the blue embroidered robe as soon as possible AND mail me a return label and envelope so that they could use the yellow one as a sample. I thought she was extremely nice to offer that and I am so happy with her customer service. Thank you!"
