"Put my bacon cheese burger in the kids meal bag, failed to give us the actual kids meal cheeseburger. I let my kid eat on the way home because she was hungry. She kept complimenting how good it was, turned around to glimpse and saw she was eating my burger. Checked the bag for her burger and nope. So not only do I not get to eat the food I bought for myself (because I’m not gonna take it from my kid) but I also didn’t get everything I paid for. 2 stars because at least she liked it."

"I had the most incredible dining experience at Wendy's 4S. I have always had great service and good quality food from this restaurant location. Definitely a family favorite! Today however my lunch was a pleasant surprise from the moment I arrived. Monsa immediately gave me a sincere and pleasant greeting. She demonstrated a professional and friendly demeanor, something that is very rare in the fast-food industry these days. i am always annoyed to see the competitors moving away from order takers and installing machines. She was kind and courteous while I was ordering and even explained what was on the different sandwiches allowing me to customize with veggies without increasing the cost...this is also rare with the competition. She scanned my rewards app and quickly assisted me when I forgot to order the Wednesday Chicken Nuggets with me thinking it would be automatically added to my order. Monsa clearly explained my mistake to the manager, and it was resolved quickly. Monsa possesses the skills and abilities to exceed guest satisfaction and relations. I am not sure of her current position within the organization, but I believe that she is outstanding and definitely should be recommended to fast track the career development program. Great Friendly Service with Quality Food can always be expected at this Wendy's location. I urge others to meet Monsa to see and judge for yourselves if she truly has all of the qualities that I have included in this review. Extremely Satisfied with my experience! Burke"

"So bummed. They took the Bourbon Burger off the menu. I rarely eat take out and I was really looking forward to it. Ordered a single bacon burger but didn't enjoy and no ketsup or sauce for the fries. Since when do you have to order ketsup?"
