"I can't believe it took me so long to try Kumo! I had been dying to try to the Egg and Chicken Katsu Sandos for a while, and boy, they do not disappoint! The milk bread that these sandwiches are on is just unrivaled, so airy and soft. The Fruit Cream Sando was also out of this world; super light and fluffy with fresh, sweet fruit. Highly recommend!"

"Unfortunately this was my first time trying out this place on June 8th 2023 11am because of ordering and being their first customer of the day they are prone to more mistakes. I wasn't expecting much other than to try their chicken katsu and hoping it would be worth it. The prices were very expensive, each sandwich is like $12-$13 unless you get the combo that helps with the cost. I ordered a chicken katsu combo with an oolong milk tea drink, potato salad, and a side salad that comes with the combo. My husband ordered a chicken katsu and the egg salad sanwhich alone not the combo. We waited like 10 min before our food came out. We waited outside in the patio of the food court and the guy came out asking if we ordered the food he was holding, we said yes. He brought it to us and when we opened it, only 2 sandwiches were inside and my drink came as well. We thought that's weird, he is missing a whole meal. We were missing the other chicken kastu sandwhich combo so only my husband's food came. He went to go correct it and said we are missing the combo he said sorry and will be right out. Another like 5-10min go by and he comes out again. I got my combo but with the wrong side order. They gave me egg salad instead of the potato salad I asked for. I was upset and thought I know they just opened but how did they mess up this badly? Everything we ordered was on the receipt correctly but they didn't even check.......so I got the courage to get up and ask again hey, this isn't what I ordered. I ordered potato salad not egg salad. They gave me a side order of potato salad double scoop because they felt bad. I went back to my table to eat but it was just ok. The chicken kastu was good but not worth the price, the potato salad was good too but too much mayo for me with no chunks of potato in it, just mainly veggies and the drink was bitter. My husband liked both his sandwiches especially the egg inside. Would I be returning here again? No. We paid $44 for 3 sandwiches, 1 being a combo."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the food I ordered at Kumo. My favorite was the strawberry and grape, cream one. This was my introduction to chicken Katsu and I was pleased. The egg sandwiches is something I could’ve easily made myself. Honestly, all of the sandwiches are easily recreatable. I would love to come back but the price points are too steep for what it is. I came during the day and parking wasn’t the easiest. I definitely want to recreate these sandwiches myself. The presentation was nice. Staff was friendly. Good experience. Most likely won’t come back."
