"Having been stuck with unwanted raw meat before, I had politely but clearly asked for steak WELL DONE while ordering, making sure the waiter confirmed and repeated it back while finally ordering, despite the loud noise and chaos as restaurants go. Does this meat look WELL DONE to you?? It was bleeding all over my plate when cut. I was very disheartened and too embarrassed in front of my colleagues--a few who opted for the raw meat instead--to have to flag down our waiter on a busy evening to correct this. There also was no time left, let alone the hugely awkward position this left me in. It was well into dinner with people already looking to get back to their families after a long work day, and I was so hungry I had to silently settle with the fries, despite the outrageous prices. Another tip, avoid the water. I'm sorry to say it was disgusting tap water, BTW given only after waiting too long, well after purchased drinks, thirst-causing appetizers and entrees dishes, rather than immediately after commuting over when needed the most (and asked early too....request ignored)."

"I enjoyed so much my Monday afternoon with my friends, loved the moon light IPA, cauliflower was extra succulent!! Pisa and pasta extremely good. Service and attention is very warm. The place is very nice for small groups to hang out, or you can spend a nice romantic evening with your significant person."

A "hidden gem" on the heart of the business area in Sorrento Valley. Has a mix of indoor and outdoor seating- both great! I haven't been to Happy Hour here yet, but I'm guessing it's a blast- and the beer is top notch."

"Excellent gastropub with a great menu of food options. Love the atmosphere. Recommend the dirty crab fries, fish tacos, pizzas, halibut, basically everything. Outdoor dining area that is dog friendly. Really great service every time, everything always comes out really quick. Highly recommend!"
