"Had breakfast here before checking out. Service was great and food was really good. Didn't get our F&B credit but the FD is working on that for us. Beautiful location right near the airport/cruise Port. Highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for hotel stays."
"During each of my visits to San Diego, I consistently choose to stay at the Hilton that is connected to this restaurant. On this particular trip, my experience was truly exceptional. Everything was flawless, including the service, the quality of the food and drinks, and the contemporary and immaculate ambiance. I want to particularly highlight the outstanding performance of our servers and bartenders on August 25th and 26th. Their customer service skills are among the best I’ve encountered in quite some time. Tania, our server, possesses a charm that is often rare to find and she took exceptional care of us. I am committed to continuing my patronage of this establishment for future dining experiences."
"Came in from a long 6 hour drive and hungry. The service was pleasant, quick & top notch. The Atlantic salmon dinner was amazing. Thank you!"
"Cute place with a great happy hour! 2-6pm they have really good signature cocktails to try and the bartenders are super nice."
"This restaurant was among the first few results when searching for a kid friendly place in central San Diego. I have to say they fully delivered on that part - lots of space, comfortable seating, kid's menu, friendly and helpful service staff. So if you're looking to dine with young children, this is a good place. The staff were so friendly that we must have had about 8 people serving our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) and they did it in a way that wasn't obtrusive at all. Our server, the polite and charming Savannah, helped with suggestions and did all she could to compensate for the kitchen's deficiencies, and there were a few of those. I picked the lobster pasta, which tasted flat and one dimensional and the only flavor was salt. Lobster pieces were overcooked and even though the pasta was cooked al dente, that alone couldn't carry the dish and at just under $40 it was just poor value. As I complained about it, I was offered a hamburger instead, which had a yummy onion jam in it and I enjoyed it. Ultimately we were not charged for my entree. The risotto was good but not great, which is fairly easy to achieve with good arborio rice. On to the fish and chips, which seems to be their specialty but was overdone and super oily. The rest of the dishes were acceptable but very average. The dessert: the crown jewel of the menu is the chocolate and peanut crunch bar, which is a solid easy to like dessert and I can sincerely recommend it. The black fig and goat cheese tart had no figs but plums instead and the description was misleading in mentioning pine nuts in the crust. It was still good though and it can probably go well with some wine. Girls liked their cocktails and the draft beer was pretty good too. So in conclusion we did enjoy our evening but not because of great food and with the abundance of great eateries in SD, if this restaurant doesn't do something about its kitchen, it will become irrelevant very quickly."
