"I come here all the time. Not only is the food delicious and filling, it is affordable. They also offer family packs which is awesome. Some of my favorite dishes are the Kung Pao chicken, crispy shrimp with firecracker sauce, and grilled teriyaki chicken and vegetables (when I want something that feels a little lighter). I also add some chicken egg rolls and cream cheese wontons to my order. The portion size is pretty big and I like the convenience of the plates it comes in. Sometimes it’s my lunch and sometimes it’s my lunch and dinner :)"

"This location has plenty of parking. When you first walk in, the establishment is very clean with plenty of space to dine-in. I believe I was helped by the manager as he was very professional and patient when I asked for recommendations. He also delivered the food to our table in a timely manner and checked in on us. I will definitely be coming back."

"Stay far away from this place, the manager is rude and ignorant and lacks any kind of customer service. I ordered Fire Cracker Tofu because we are strict vegetarians and when we got home it was chicken. I called the store and told the manager about the mistake, he kept insisting that I ordered chicken when I didn’t, he continued to argue with me and insisted I bring it back. I told him I lived on the other side of Carlsbad so I asked him if he could give me a refund, he insisted I bring it back and then he would, I said I can’t because I’m handicapped. Now this he didn’t care about, he just wanted me back in the store to return the food so he could give it to someone else. He said, “well I can check the cameras.” I said go ahead and check them, he said, “I can’t now but I will tomorrow.” I asked to speak to the manager, he said “I am the manager.” Wow I can’t believe a business would treat a customer this way for $23!!! I asked his name and he hung up on me! Tomorrow I am calling the corporate office and report him. It’s very sad because I really like their Fire Cracker Tofu, you couldn’t pay me to do any kind of business with this guy. The company needs to give customer service training. 2/9th update I finally received a call from his regional director, she was applauded by the managers treatment. She stated that they would reimburse my money (which they did) and also send me a couple of coupons for free meals. She said if I download their app she would send them to me via the app, this never happened."

"The food is very delicious and very generous in amount. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the crispy honey shrimp and house special chicken — kids love them. Steam broccoli is cooked just right."

"I just went to this store to purchase a small order of chow mein. The employee behind the register named Consume Hernandez told me that they didn't sell that item. I was there less than 10 days ago and purchased it I was told there were 2 sizes the small and large on that visit. This visit the employee told me that I was wrong and that item didn't exist. I said if that's the case I wasn't interested I then asked if I could speak to the manager he said he was the GM. I said could I have your business card and he said they didn't have those. The service I just received today was horrendous and extremely rude. The "manager" seems to think he's in charge of all pick up sticks if that's the case I won't be eating here ever again."
