"Great food but the manager was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen. He wouldn’t let me say my name when they kept mishearing it, said I was at the wrong location and wouldn’t give me a chance to spell my name or give them my order number. When I said I placed the order in the app then minutes ago he rudely waved me away and told me to around again. When I did they magically found my order and the poor employee apologized for her managers weird behavior. So disappointing because this location is otherwise good and I haven’t had any problems here before this. They should probably get a manager who’s better at customer service interactions…."

"Most people only post reviews after a negative experience. But I just gotta say, this Taco Bell location rocks. It is WAY better than any others in the area. Sure, the drive-thru takes a bit longer sometimes, but they always get my order correct, I am never missing any items, and their service is phenomenal."

"What a joke. It took 40 minutes from the time I placed my online order for them to give it to me. I asked them several times why it said it was ready in the app, and they just said it wasn't ready yet. Then they told me they had made it and accidentally gave it away to someone else. After the long wait, I was missing a couple of items from the order. When I told them, they insisted that they had put them in the order. I had to physically pull out the items and count them for them. Do not go to this taco bell!"
