"I have visited this store many times and have had nothing but positive experiences there. When I saw the low reviews, I was concerned! How could I have been having great experiences and so many other people have had terrible experiences. But then I realized after reading them that it is apparent that one person that worked there was angry and had their friends post bad reviews. They're too close to being the same. Shame on you.. A lot of us look to reviews before we shop somewhere and although I'm sorry you had a bad experience working there, I've always had a good experience as a customer (and you were probably one of those nice people I've met there). "My package was lost by USPS and they got me my dress reshipped just in time for my bridal party. Their customer service is awesome and the clothes are beautiful. Those crap reviews were left by what seems to be a sour ex-employee so ignore them. I've had nothing but incredibly experiences with this company."
