"I placed my order there at the kiosk and went to retrieve my bags from baggage claims (5min) came back and Eric who said he is also the owner of the franchise there said he had given it away already with someone who had the receipt. I had a picture of my receipt for expense reporting and couldn't find my paper receipt at the moment he was telling me he gave my meal to someone else that presented him the paper receipt. I walked away and took another look in my pockets and found it in my jacket. Returned back requested to speak to Eric again and let him know he was the liar. Claiming someone showed him the receipt of my meal i purchased. I was surprised he just wouldn't replace the meal and treated me as if i was being dishonest."

"I really wanted Jack in the Box before going home. At this location, you order from a kiosk and wait for them to call your number. You have the option of entering your phone number but they don't text you when it's ready. I found the service to be pretty quick. No problems there. The burger was ok. Not great. The fries definitely taste old, but I still ate all of them."

"It's situated near gate 26 at terminal 2. However, its location on Google Map is near gate 36. They have two express kiosk for faster ordering, but service is a bit slow. Food is ok."

"Jack in the Box located in the San Diego Airport is an ok fast food restaurant, but not great from the chicken sandwich I got. The sandwich was dry (yeah there is sauce, but the chicken itself wasn’t impressive, pretty small and flavorless except for the overwhelming sauce on it. Not impressed! Staff was friendly."

"I get the same thing every time I go here. Sourdough jack, fried no salt. The service is great. Everyone is so friendly when I go through the drive thru. There have been a few times the drive thru didn't work or pedestrians were blocking it, but it's close to home and consistent. Never dined in."
